The house is located on the beach in the fishing village of Pomer, known for its marina, in the well-protected Medulin Bay, surrounded by pine trees in a unique natural setting right by the sea.
The 100m2 single-story beach house can accommodate up to eight people and was built from modern natural materials such as wood and stone. The living room has a fireplace, a flat-screen smart TV, and a double sofa bed. A total of three bedrooms are available, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dining area. The main bathroom has a hydromassage shower and Finnish sauna, and the second has a hydromassage shower and toilet. Other amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, and an alarm system.
The 4,000 m² plot of land is dotted with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. A paradise for housekeepers.
Next to the 6×4 meter house is a swimming pool with a terrace, which is equipped with a whirlpool, barbecue, a table for eight, and six sun loungers. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. There is also a playground and ample parking for children on the property. The private beach with clear water in front of the house offers free pedal boats and kayaks for guests.
Numerous seafood specialties are offered in typical Istrian restaurants. Grocery stores, bars, and other shops are located in the town. Active vacationers will find hiking, cycling, diving, windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, and jeep safaris in the famous Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, four kilometers away. Fishing is also possible in the area. Or visit the cultural center of Pula (6 km) or Rovinj (30 km). Pula Airport is six kilometers away.
