3. Booking Process

3.1 Making a Booking

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during the booking process is accurate.

The booking will be confirmed only once we receive payment for the deposit, and you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

3.2 Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival, according to the property's terms.

Payments are accepted through major credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. All payments are processed in Croatian Kuna (HRK) or Euro (EUR), depending on the location of the property.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

4.1 Eligibility

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

4.2 Use of the Website

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

Property Owners must ensure that their properties meet local safety regulations and standards. UrlaubBooking is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries that occur at the property during the rental period.
